The New Generation

Bush Winch. Why Have

We Changed?

The new generation  Series II Bush Winch is a moulded product with a smooth touch and easy handling that will stand up to the toughest conditions and last a lifetime.  It has a very high 60% long glass fibre content bonded by an industrial grade nylon polymer. The result is a super strong but relatively flexible engineering solution perfect for its intended use.

The original Bush Winch Series I was cast from aluminium but the mould used to produce it wore out with use and the winches made from it sold out.  The Series II was developed to replace the Series I and in this process the opportunity was taken to expand the fitment to a much larger range of vehicles, make slight improvements to the original design and switch from aluminium to the superior long fibre nylon polymer construction now increasingly used in aeronautical, defence, and automotive industries.  Without any weight gain from the previous aluminium model the Series II is considerably stronger and can now accept loads in excess of 4 tonnes for heavier more powerful vehicles.
