If your goods are deemed faulty you may replace them free of charge by contacting us or emailing info@bushwinch.com.au.

If you notice any damage to your goods please notify us at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify us immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.

The Bush Winch is designed to attach to the wheel nuts of your vehicle. We recommend, therefore that you contact one of our sales agents before purchasing your Buch Winch kit so we can ensure we send you the right model Bush Winch for your vehicle.

If, for any reason, the Bush Winch you receive does not fit on your vehicle, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving delivery to arrange a replacement or a refund.

You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.

All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to the warehouse in Perth, Western Australia, and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.

We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have used.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Bush Winches and Anchors Pty Ltd (“BWA”) strives to provide the right information and product to you but understands that ordering over the phone or internet has some limitations and may still result in your changing your mind. If this happens to you we will accept without question a return of your purchase with a full refund or if it’s a partial exchange and adjustment of your original purchase a refund of the difference. The terms applying to return and exchange are as follows:

  1. The returned goods are unused and undamaged.
  2. The goods are despatched for return to BWA within 7 days of you receiving them.
  3. The cost of return freight to BWA is to your account.
  4. BWA will refund in the same manner as the original payment method.

Warranties and shipping:

BWA products are made of high quality material and are shipped with care to ensure that you receive them in good order and without flaw.

BWA use a number of established secure freight forwarders and couriers depending on your location and the previously agreed freight arrangements. If despite this care your goods arrived damaged please let us know and we will address the problem and replace the damaged goods.   Please provide us the details and proof of damage so that we can do all we can to make sure this problem is not repeated.

BWA also provides a full replacement warranty on any faulty products for a 2 year period after purchase. BWA products are manufactured exclusively for the Company by a number of different entities. For key components these manufacturers are fully accredited with ISO 9002 or similar standards but in all cases only experienced and credible manufactures with relevant industry experience are used. We want to know if you have a faulty product.   All BWA’s products have undergone extensive testing and we may be able to determine the cause of failure and provide the solution. Please contact us and explain the circumstances.


Activities involving the use of any vehicle recovery system are inherently dangerous and the Bush Winch recovery system and components are no exception despite the many advantages use of this recovery system provides.   Before using BWA’s products become acquainted with their use by studying the manuals and information provided and become familiar and understand the risks involved.   You are responsible for your own actions and must accept the risk involved.

BWA will not accept any loss or damage to property or injury to person as a result of use of the BWA’s vehicle recovery system.

BWA also makes no specific representation as to the suitability of its products for your own use.

Privacy and Payment Security:

BWA respects the privacy of your personnel information and the Company is committed to ensuring proper collection, storage and use.   We will not provide any information about you to any third party that might use your information for any purpose.

BWA accepts Master and Visa Card payments through the Commonwealth Bank’s B Point secured commercial payment facility and as well as by direct money transfer to the BWA’s Australian bank account. Payments made through B point will be subject to a 2% surcharge to the cost of your order.

BWA does not retain a record of your payment details beyond the actual purchase transaction.

Orders and Prices:

All orders will be delivered at the Company’s advertised prices prevailing at the time or if subject to further agreement with you at this agreed price. BWA however reserves the right to vary prices at any time.
